Hi! It's lovely to meet you, I'm Lauren :)

Born and raised in beautiful Brisbane, I am the proud Mumma of two gorgeous kids, two slobbery bulldogs and two very loved purr-machines. Together with my amazing hubby, those 6 little beings form my tribe and are at the heart of all I do. 

Having started photography about 10 years ago, I have always loved capturing love. No matter how many weddings, engagements, couples or families that I shoot, I still get tingles and goose bumps when I see magic sparking in front of my lens. I also love helping new or inspiring photographers and as such have been teaching photography classes and workshops for approximately 5 years.

I am a firm believer that all love deserves to be celebrated. I'm also a firm believer in my couples or families having the freedom to be themselves.  - I'm up for anything it takes to tell your story, your way.  Does this mean we'll end up dancing in a field or running through a city in a rainstorm? Maybe, bring it on!  It also means that you will likely catch me on the dancefloor with you come the end of the day, camera in hand capturing the real party action!

The final important thing to know about me is why I do this. Quite simply, I do it because I know the true value of time, of family, and of love. Days slip through our fingers so quickly and no matter how hard we try, we just can't get them back. I hope that each and every one of my images provide a way for you to step back in time and to re-live the moments that matter. I want my photography to take you back to the exact way you felt when you held hands with your best friend and promised to love them forever,  I want my images to provide you with a portal that lets you remember the feeling of your sleeping baby in your arms.

The final, final thing to know about me? I'm unabashedly and unashamedly a great big, fun loving, gooey romantic :)
